Connect with Others Through Online Games and In-Person Events
If the pandemic taught us anything, it’s that isolation isn’t healthy for anyone – people need to be around other people. Individuals from all areas of life were forced into the same situation and suffered as a result. Isolation may be quite harmful, especially for people who are predisposed to problems and circumstances that might amplify its effects. Friendships made outside of the context of family, school, and other planned events can help people with developmental impairments, such as cerebral palsy and autism, live more independently. All Friends Network was created to help people with disabilities and bring some fun and enjoyment into their lives. We connect through online games and in-person events right here in the Manatee County Florida area.
Young Adult Programs in Florida
All Friends Network was developed by cerebral palsy sufferer Trevor Kelliher during the pandemic and provides a free social network and software for those with developmental disabilities who wish to make friends. The objective was to provide a method for making new acquaintances, strengthening current connections, and, after the pandemic limitations were gone, an opportunity to attend real-world events and occasions to actually meet these new friends. A particular social network for people with cerebral palsy and autism is required to offer a secure setting where people with similar experiences and backgrounds may come together to consider making new acquaintances. Our goal at All Friends Network is to support individuals with developmental disabilities of all ages in focusing on making new friends and forming enduring connections.
Our social support network’s members may engage and communicate via a free mobile app. Although the Live-LINK app is active and completely operational, it is only accessible to All Friends Network subscribers. This aids in excluding those who are unaware of the difficulties and problems that folks with developmental disabilities experience. Bullying and other unfavorable behaviors have been encountered by many who have sought to establish friends online in more open or public networks. The goal of All Friends Network is to facilitate friendship-building among people with developmental disabilities such as autism, cerebral palsy, and other. Membership in this genuine network of persons with disabilities is only possible by phoning our staff directly.
